Before you call please provide the following:
· Fan Make & Model Number
· Serial Number of the fan and a picture
· Photograph of the fan data plate
· Photo of the fan location – So we can assess access requirements
· Size of the fan. Most fans are 450, 500, 560 or 630 in size. If you are unsure then measure around the waist of the fan, we can then calculate the diameter. Also it is usually marked on the fan itself.
